really wish attend e149 cell grp meeting and church service, but due to some stuff, can't go. haish. its been awhile since i saw them.

this few days still training infinite suicide,managed to go maximum speed with my old stick but string snapped,
learned christmas tree ytd, still working on front and back sun.
performance on 16 dec.
not much to rite though, tkd also long nvr go then finally go that day, sparring. shuang
normal and special class combined sparring, i sparred with a poom, scored some points.
