today aft cca, sort of spar with kaiyi then aft that i spar with jl,
its been awhile since i sparred.
i just dunno y, i this few days, i'm beginning to strt losing control. its been dam long since i ever lost control of myself.
i now dam confused.

i am losing control over myself again.
i today oso punch them la. ALMOST but didn't.
